Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions set out an agreement between ‘you’ the applicant registering for a litter, and Honeyfitz which is a KC Affix and trading name owned by Marisha Romer.

All purchases of Honeyfitz pups or dogs must comply with Lucy’s Law enacted in April 2000.

Prospective owners must visit their pup or dog at the breeder and see Mum and den so that a bond may be created in a relaxed familiar environment.

  1. Submission of a Litter Registration Form will confirm the owner/s / applicant(s) acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and their desire to progress with litter registration.
  2. Registrations are not confirmed until the fee and deposit is paid which is due at the time of submitting the Registration Form, or email or phone request.
  3. You agree to provide full, accurate and detailed information in the Registration Form about your home, family and dog/s.
  4. Honeyfitz retains copyright on all pup images and reserves the right to use images in marketing or on website
  5. The litter registration form is not a contract but an expression of intention by the applicant to purchase an undefined KC registered Labrador puppy at an unknown point in the future. The litter registration fee is non-refundable but prior to mating, the breeding deposit is refundable within 28 days on written request to the company by the applicant. All client monies are kept on account before being transferred at contract time.
  6. The registration process for a Honeyfitz puppy begins at enquiry and ends on re-homing day when the pups are 8 weeks old when contract is signed, and ownership is legally transferred with Kennel Club Registration. Until that time every aspect of the sale (including but not limited to; interview, litter assignment, home approval, price, terms, visits etc) is subject to the absolute discretion of Honeyfitz and its management who oversee the whelp and sale process. Force Majeure or unforeseeable events can happen, and the applicant needs to understand that. While every effort is made to deliver happy results and to avoid disappointment in this process, the applicant holds the company entirely blameless and without liability in respect of details of the application, allocation and re-homing process.
  7. Premiums are added to the base price of a pup as follows:

Small litters of 5 pups or less are subject to a premium of £300. Litters delivered by C-section are subject to a premium of £300. Litters sired by a FTCh are also subject to a premium of £300.

Premium will apply to any puppy for export outside of the UK in addition to boarding charges and export processing fees.

  1. Any unexpected vet costs not covered by the breeders insurance incurred by pup after selection at 3 weeks will be the responsibility of the new owners. If there is a health issue, you will be released from your selection if you so wish with a refund less deposit. If you wish to retain the pup you will need to pay the vet bills.
  2. In the event the reserved puppy or gender is not available the registered applicant will be offered their choice of what is available, a later litter, or a refund.
  3. Puppies can be visited from 3 weeks old as and when desired. Rehoming is at 8 weeks of age assuming pups are totally healthy and well. Choice of pup by gender is in order first come first serve as of date of approved and processed registration.
  4. In the event a pup is offered to an owner after birth and the owner elects not to take the pup, the refund will be for pup payments but not deposit. If a pup is cancelled or not collected as agreed from 4 weeks or later for whatever reason, Honeyfitz will not be held liable for a full refund as the process of readvertising, rehoming, socialising, boarding past 8 weeks, vetting new owners etc is costly. You will be refunded payments not deposit less costs of rehoming the pup. Any puppy for export can only be transferred for new ownership subject to the meeting under Lucy’s Law. Any funds paid prior to this meeting and final approval of breeder are entirely at the risk of the owner applicant as they are forfeit if a final sale is not agreed and export endorsement is not lifted.
