Prospective owners are in a chat group with the owner so that we can all keep in touch. Just to update my review. My whole experience has been wonderful, 5 star plus. As said before the communication has been good, constant updates, live weekly feeds, photos, the ability to visit the pups as many times as you want. We have also been supplied with a puppy pack with lots of info, advice, photos, certificates and food etc. There is a group Whatsapp group for new owners to update others and ask questions. Marisha (the breeder) is at the end of the phone for support if required. After the long wait we have the most beautiful pup.
